Auditing Quality & Risk Management Systems 101

(Webinar Length:  1 hr  29 min)

Overview:

Auditing of the Quality and Risk Management Systems is extremely important to ensure compliance and consistency. This Internal Auditing course reveals the workings of a powerful management tool.  The ideas shared are drawn from years of international experience and will ensure your program drives continuous improvement, requiring food safety programs be followed consistently.  The task is difficult because programs and procedures that are not followed precisely can put the consumer, your customers and your business at risk.

It is critically important that your Internal Audit is tougher than any third-party audit.  Every deficiency that a third-party auditor finds, you should already have found and be implementing corrective action.  Internal Auditing is most importantly about effectively managing risks to the consumer and your company, rather than just satisfying certification requirements.
